This Privacy Policy explains how Goins Logistics LLC, doing business as Fleet Retrieval ("we," "us"), handles information collected through this website and our intake forms. We are based in Durham, North Carolina.

02Information We Collect

From fleet managers and carriers requesting service, we collect information you choose to provide, such as:

• Company name, contact name, phone number, and email address.
• The type of emergency, the asset's current location, and the destination.
• Equipment status details: key access, battery, fuel level, fuel card arrangements, whether the unit is drivable, and any notes you add.
• If you use our full intake form, additional details you submit, which may include unit identifiers, VIN, DOT/MC numbers, and gate or access instructions.

03Driver Applicant Information

From standby driver applicants, we collect information submitted through the application, including:

• Name, phone number, email address, and home base.
• Years of OTR experience, transmission expertise, and dispatch availability.
• Self-reported tickets and accidents for the past three years, and commercial endorsements held.
• Your own description of your experience.

04Screening Information

If you advance in consideration, we may separately request CDL details, motor vehicle record (MVR) reports, and background screening. We will request your authorization before doing so where the law requires it, and we handle that information only for evaluating and managing your participation in the standby network.

05Automatically Collected Information

Our hosting infrastructure may log technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested for security and reliability. We do not currently use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

06How We Use Information

• To respond to requests, provide quotes, and coordinate and perform retrievals.
• To evaluate, screen, and contact driver applicants about assignments.
• To maintain records, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, and protect against fraud and abuse.
• To operate, secure, and improve our website and services.

07Third-Party Service Providers

We use trusted providers to run our business, and they process information on our behalf:

• Supabase — database hosting for form submissions.
• Vercel — website hosting and infrastructure.
• Jotform — if you choose to complete our full intake form, the information you enter there is processed by Jotform under its own terms and privacy policy.

08No Sale of Data & No Spam

We do not sell carrier operational data or driver personal information, and we do not share it for third-party advertising.

We use your contact information to respond to your request or application and to coordinate work. We do not send unsolicited marketing, and you can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.

We may disclose information when required by law, to enforce our Terms, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our personnel and clients.

09Retention & Security

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above and for legal, accounting, and dispute-resolution needs. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including access-controlled database storage. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10Your Choices

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete information you submitted, or to remove your driver application from our roster, by contacting HandShake@FleetRetrieval.com. We will respond as required by applicable law and may retain information we are legally required to keep.

Our services are intended for businesses and professional drivers and are not directed to children under 18.
